Wakeboarding’s top professional and amateur riders will once again assemble in the sport’s capital, Orlando, Florida, to compete together in the largest team-formatted event in the world — the Nautique Wake Games, presented by Rockstar Energy Drink. Event organizer World Sports & Marketing announced today that the 2012 Games will be played over the course of four days at the Orlando Watersports Complex, beginning Wednesday, April 11, and ending Saturday, April 14.

The 2012 season will kick off May 18 at Dallas Landing Park in Acworth, Ga. and wrap up on July 28 at Volunteer Landing in Knoxville, Tenn.

Between Acworth and Knoxville, the Pro Tour will make stops in Fort Worth, Tex., Monroe, Wash., and its newest venue in Branson, Mo.

The 53rd Masters Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament will be held May 25-27, 2012. The Masters is known throughout the world as the most prestigious watersports tournament. The event began in 1959 at Callaway Gardens and is held annually during the Memorial Day weekend.
